Q: How long do you need to do the clean?
A: On average, a four bedroom, 2 bathroom house takes about 12 hours to clean. We always send a team of 4 - 5 cleaners to a vacate clean, to ensure the job is completed in a day.
Q: Why can't I just get a private cleaner to do the job cheaper?
A: Private cleaners generally work for cash and are not experienced in this level of cleaning particularly if anything comes up that is out of the norm. Very few private cleaners have Public Liability Insurance which means if they cause any damage to the property, you have no come back and rarely provide a receipt.
Q: What does a vacate clean include?
A: The vacate clean is a floor to ceiling clean with everything in between! This includes dusting, mopping, vacuuming, spot cleaning of walls, doors, door frames, light switches, skirting boards, light fittings, full oven clean, extraction fans, inside all cupboards and vanities, bathrooms, toilets, laundry, bedrooms and removing all cobwebs.
Q: Do you include full cleaning of walls?
A: No. We spot clean all walls which is generally all that is required for most properties. If a full wall clean is required, please contact us for price as it depends on how many rooms need a full clean. We will give you a discounted rate when getting a vacate clean.
Q: What if I have mould issues? Can you remove mould?
A: Yes we can professionally remove mould so it doesn't return. Please advise us of the issue when requesting a quote.
Q: Are cleaning of blinds included?
A: We dust blinds only due to the risk of damage, particularly with metal venetians. We do have access to ultrasonic cleaning services where we come and remove the blinds, take them to be professionally cleaned and re-hang them. Please let us know when doing a quote if this is something you are interested in.
Q: Are windows and carpets included?
A: No. As every client has different requirements (eg some homes have no carpet and some clients prefer to clean the windows themselves) this service is priced separately at a discounted rate.
Q: Does this include a tile and grout clean to bathrooms and floors?
A: No. Many homes only need the bathrooms/toilets/floors to be thoroughly cleaned as the tiles and grout are in good condition. If this is a service you think you need, please discuss with us when doing your quote.
Q: Are outside areas like carport, garage and alfresco included?
A: No. Some clients do not have an outside area (people that live in apartments for example) but we are happy to provide carports and alfresco areas to be swept and cobwebbed at a discounted rate. Please let us know your requirements when doing your quote.
Q: What if I have outside paving or a driveway that is stained and needs cleaning?
A: We offer high pressure cleaning that removes dirt, grit and mould and moss from pavers, concrete and driveways. We also high pressure clean walls and eaves. Please let us know if this is something you require when getting a quote.
Q: Do you provide weeding, lawn mowing and gardening services?
A: Yes. We provide gutter cleaning, lawn mowing, weeding and other gardening services. We also organise outside (and inside) flea treatments. Please let us know your requirements when requesting as quote.
